Can't Attend Registration
This week begins Percussion and Guard camps. It is also Fall registration nights (Thur/Fri 6-9pm) for ALL students and their parent/guardian who will be in the Marching Band program. Since you cannot attend, please note the following message from Jeni Brouillette, Guard Coach and Music Secretary:
"Fall Season Registration will be held Thursday 8/11 and Friday 8/12 6pm-9pm in the Band Room. All students who are participating will need to attend with their parent/guardian. You will be completing required paperwork for participation, paying the season participation fee and fitted for your uniform. Please remember to bring your insurance card. All participants must have health insurance coverage to participate. School insurance is available with several coverage options. If you need additional information on school insurance OR you are unable to attend registration, please contact me BEFORE 8/11/16. It is crucial to the design/planning process that we have all the participants locked in for the season. Registration forms are available electronically for your convenience. Please note, all required paperwork will need to be completed before students can participate. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All the paperwork we will have at registration night is on the home page of the web site www.gphsband.org. Your family can go there now and fill in (fillable form) the Registration Form, Medical Release Form, Financial Agreement Form, Payment Plan Form and Volunteer Commitment and print them. They need turned in along with the fee as Jeni mentions above. You can contact her to inquire how to do this. You also should read over the Calendar (print one that is most user friendly for you), Nutrition/Health Guide, Curriculum and More Information on the Boosters, that will be made available that night as well.
